As someone who takes braai seriously, I’ve had my fair share of Halloumi disasters (melted cheese on the grill is not a good look). But Cheesy Pete’s Halloumi is magic. It holds its shape perfectly and develops this incredible golden crust that’s crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside.

I especially love how well it cooks in the air fryer—crispy on the outside, perfectly soft inside. It tastes fresh, not at all bland or processed, and really stands out in both texture and flavour. Highly recommend it!
